FAQ

What is the Facewrap Slate Photo - In Sports?

It is a custom slate photo made from your own uploaded image. You choose a sport-themed template, upload a photo, and our AI-assisted tool converts it into a unique, funny, and easy DIY slate photo. Each piece is printed on natural slate, so no two are exactly the same.

How does the AI customization work?

It works in three simple steps:

  1. Pick a sport template.
  2. Upload your photo.
  3. Let the AI convert and adapt it into a slate-ready design.
You can preview the result before placing your order.

Do I need design skills or Photoshop ?

No. This is designed to be easy DIY. You do not need any design experience. The template and AI handle the layout, style, and slate adaptation for you.

What sport templates are available?

We currently offer templates for sports such as pickleball, basketball, football, baseball, tennis, and more. If you are looking for a specific sport or style, contact us and we will let you know what is possible.

Can I upload a photo taken with my phone?

Yes. Phone photos work well as long as they are clear and well-lit. For best results, use a photo with good lighting and a clear subject. Avoid screenshots, heavily compressed images, or very blurry photos.

What photo quality do you recommend?

For the best print result, upload a JPG or PNG image with a resolution of at least 1500px on the longest side. The AI can improve and adapt the image, but it cannot fully replace missing detail from a low-quality photo.

Will the AI make my photo look funny?

Yes — that is part of the fun. You can choose from sport-themed styles that range from heroic and cool to funny and meme-like. The goal is to turn your photo into something unique, personal, and shareable.

Can I add a name, team name, date, or short phrase?

Yes. You can add simple text such as a player name, team name, match date, or a short phrase. Keep it short so the layout stays clean and readable on the slate.

Can I use a team photo or a photo with multiple people?

Yes. Team photos, duo photos, coach-and-player photos, and group shots can all be converted. The AI will try to keep the main subjects clear and well-composed.

Is every slate photo unique?

Yes. The image is customized by you, and the slate itself is a natural material. The texture, color, and edge of each slate piece are different, so your finished product is truly one of a kind.
