Notice to All U.S. Customers:

Due to the emergency measures implemented by the U.S. government on May 2nd, the U.S. Postal Service has suspended the acceptance of small packages from Hong Kong and China. This situation may affect the delivery times for packages being shipped to our customers in the United States.

If your package has not arrived within 14 days of shipment, please contact our International Logistics Department. We will do our best to address any issues related to the latest U.S. customs policies. To facilitate the delivery, we will redirect any undelivered products through FEDEX/UPS to alleviate the USPS backlog, and our company will cover the additional costs.

Given the sudden nature of this situation, all our staff are working diligently to resolve the issue.
