Our standard production time is already just 2 business days — which is among the fastest in the industry for custom stone products. At this stage we do not offer a separate rush order service as our standard turnaround is already very fast.

If you have an urgent deadline — such as a birthday, anniversary, or special event — please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.

During high-demand periods such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Chinese New Year, production volumes increase significantly. During these peak seasons, production may take up to 3–5 business days instead of the standard 2.

Our recommendations for peak seasons:

• 👩 Mother's Day: Order 2–3 weeks before
